This boat trip must be done at least once in life by all the sailing lovers to explore the little treasure spots of Balearic Islands. It is a beautiful path to take with your own boat or even a hired yacht. This route can be done in just one day and departs from Ibiza, exactly from the famous Port of Marina Botafoch. The first stop by the boat is in the almost uninhabited island called Es Palmador. There are two owners living here, who have a house located in the North of the Bay. It is really near to Formentera. Only a low narrow sand separates both islands.
This island of white sands and crystal clear waters, is in the middle of the natural reserve of Ses Salines. For this reason, its access to some areas of sand dunes are closed to the passage of navigators. But there are other areas which are allowed to entry boats.
The second stop is just at the beach of Ses Illetes, meeting point of many yachts and boats going to Formentera. It is a very good place to stop for lunch and to admire beautiful beaches of water turquoises. Here you can enjoy the best fish of the island in some restaurants which are all them recognized as a genuinely superior dining experience.
And if you love aquatic activities, only a few minutes walk from Ses Illetes, there is Caló des Moro, a good place to dive and enjoy underwater a great diversity of fish in all the area. It must be said that any cove or place of Formentera is worthy of a visit, whether for snorkeling, or just sunbathing, because all the beaches are heartbreaking and like the paradise.
