At 5Villas we have made a selection of three restaurants where you can experience the best traditional Spanish food and wine, especially from the island. These premises open throughout the year and each one has its own personality.
Es Tragón restaurant, located in San Antonio, is considered as ambassador of haute cuisine in Ibiza. Its cuisine incorporates exceptional quality and creativity to the traditional recipes of street food. Álvaro Sanz is the chef of this place who will give you the chance like no other to savour some of the world’s finest gastronomy. Es Tragón also offers a dessert menu, a wide range of textures and flavors which are worth trying. The restaurant is located in a rural house and it includes a gastrobar and a wine cellar as well.
Until 30th November, every Thursday and Friday you can taste a special menú in the gastronomic days of Ibiza Sabor 2016, a famous annual event in which more than 50 restaurants are participating.
Cotton Lounge Club
Following the success of the Cotton Beach Club in Cala Tarida, the founders Christian and Merete Marstrander opened last spring a new restaurant on the seafront of Figureretas. In the Cotton Lounge Club you will enjoy an exquisite Mediterranean cuisine, oriental fusion cuisine and the best sushi in Ibiza.
The whiteness of the building and the sea views make it not only a gastronomic experience, but also a visual one. This restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner and even has a menu of signature cocktails. In addition, there is live music and recognized DJs that offer sessions of various musical styles such as jazz, lounge and the most listened style in Ibiza, the chill out.
Every Sunday from 12 am to 5 pm Cotton Lounge Club serves the “Sunday Champagne Brunch”. It is the ideal place to satisfy the most demanding tastes.
In Cala Jondal we find the restaurant Yemanja Ibiza, known for its traditional Spanish cuisine and its more than 30 years of experience.
The specialty of this chiringuito-restaurant are paellas and rice dishes. We recommend to you to try the signature dish which is a delicious rice with lobster and honey, made with local products of the highest quality.
The views over the sea allow you to enjoy such an impressive sunsets, either from the terrace or from the Balinese beds. Yemanjà offers multiple services so that the client can live the best gastronomic experience in the most complete and special way.
